Frequently Asked Questions

What Are Your Masks Made Of?

Our masks are made up of three layers of fabric: An outer layer, a meltblown filter layer and and inner layer, which touches your face. Each mask has comfortable elastic ear loops for wearability. The masks are one size fits all.

What Is Melt blown Non-Woven Fabric?

Melt blown extrusion is a manufacturing process that is used for creating a type of fabric called non-woven fabric, which is made from polymers such as polypropylene.

Non-woven fabrics do not involve joining yarn by weaving or knitting; instead, they mechanically, thermally, or chemically bound together material created from separate fibers of molten polymers forming a web-like fabric.

The resulting fabric has a number of desirable properties like absorbency, bacterial barrier, filtering, liquid repellency, resilience softness and sterility.

Your Products List "GSM" As Part Of The Description. What Does That Mean?

GSM (also known as gm/2) = grams per square meter and is the metric measurement of the weight of a fabric. The higher the gsm, the heavier the fabric, the more protection.

What Does Level 2 Mask Mean?

Masks are rated in levels of exposure. Level 2 is moderate barrier protection for low-to-moderate levels of aerosols, sprays and fluids
